Epson AculaserC3900DN，部分批號因為生產線組裝程序問題，在雙面列印器運作時，有可能導致電線位置位移，甚至絕緣層磨損，極端狀況下可能造成短路。目前此問題僅發生在AculaserC3900DN內建雙面列印器機種，其他機種則無此問題。
